Not even that, why? Rockstar after patch decreased criminal record 5kRP. It's not very easy to level up.

So casino should be open at level 10 or 20.

so what if I have say a Lvl 200 guy and then I want to create another character because reasons. Then what? Makes no sense. We share gta online bank accounts. if the casino is in Los Santos, I'm pretty sure it will be an "Indian Casino" & they don't give a crap who comes in. there will be a SMALL "high roller" area, and way too many slot machines.

 

has anyone been to a casino that would close its doors to anyone willing to lose money? no. being high level just means you play more then the person you're looking down on, it doesn't make you better.
