Installing a new Player model

Hello to everyone i tried to install a new player model to substitute Cj.( GTA SA)

I have downloaded a model with a DFF and TXD and i substitute the player in the GTA3. IMG, but CJ looked wrong like this vid.

 

The only thing that i want is to subtitute the CJ for another model , not the pedestrians or the gangs only CJ!

 

Is it possible to have a tutorial about this? substitute a player model not the skins of the other characters.

I have search all over the internet and i didn´t find a good tutorial about it!

The GTA SA Player model is a mix of bodyparts, head, torso, legs, feet and each bodypart model file have inside 3 versions of same model,
called clumps, for thin, medium und fat state
The player model files are inside of player.img and are present as clothes
there are ton's of mods downloadabel to change clothes as well as the head

The GTA VC Player model is a single model like all the peds (npc) and special charackter in SA
they are stored in gta3.img
To change the player complete with a single model charackter requires a code from xbox version
So you need a script, a cleo script for example to can do

and if your downloaded mod just comes with one *.dff and one *.txd and should be a complete charackter,

then install the 2 files into gta3.img, replace a existing ped or special charackter
