Well done Argentina.

 

They played like Germany yesterday, though less defensive.

 

From an objektive point of view, you have to say that the Argentinian team was too slow for good counter attacks and that they lacked good combinations to create more chances. It will be extremely difficult for them against the Dutch.

Decent enough game, not spectacular not dull either. I hope that the next game between Costa Rica and Holland will be better.

Holland playing well, they've created some good chances. Costa Rica keeper has matched them so far though. And Brazil fans need to shut their dirty whore mouths booing the Dutch.

Few questionable offside decisions, as well as a referee not giving a second yellow where it was oh so clearly deserved. Lets hope this indeed doesn't go to penalties.

Diaz should definitely have been sent off for that challenge on Robben. It was such an obvious yellow card decision. And yh a couple of dodgy offside decisions going against the Dutch. To be fair though Holland have been playing a lot of balls in behind and there have been a lot of decisions to make, the linesman can't get them all right. Still, don't understand why they'd have a f*cking Kyrgyzstani linesman in any case. There has to be better linesmen from better leagues for a game at this crucial stage of the competition for christ sake.

Remember that the Dutch have never won a game that went into extra time in their history of this tournament. I'm hoping Costa Rica can pull something out of this game.

 

Linesman's been busy tonight, 11 offsides for the Dutch already.

Costa Ricans are playing this for penalties, nothing less. Even if it takes faking a temporary injury just to jump up again after the opposing team was sportsmanlike enough to play the ball over the line.
