I found mine right after doing the gang attack behind geralds house on GTA online? (The place u take the drugs etc to at the end of mission for him?) I ran out the back of the apartments jumped in a car and hey presto it was a sultan!

I found mine after dropping off the special request vehicle to Simeon. It was parked just to the left of the building after exiting the garage. I was surprised because usually there are no cars that close by. I usually have to call the Mechanic... who is always 'busy' when you call from down there.

Nice one. I enjoyed the sultan while I had it but I struggle to see what's so great about it? Its alright off road but Brakes are bad, under steers bad. It grips alright, its 4 door and its quite tough but its out performed by pretty much every other sports car in a race. Try the schafter, less common than the sultan and is an absolute beast! 4 door, Built like a tank, damn fast, handling and grip are immense and the brakes stop it instantly! Also its a sedan instead of sports so gives a bit of variety to Ur garage!

Is it really worth getting rid of my fully upgraded Obey Taligater and replace it with a Sultan?

Jc, absolutely not.

I put a bunch of money into a Sultan just to be underwhelmed. It's kinda cool for nostalgia's sake but if you do the RS upgrades it loses the rear seats. Plus it just looks really cheap... The Obey looks good, performs decent, and makes for a nice 4 door.

 

Every time you post those Shafter pictures it makes me ponder what I'll dump to make room for one. Evil looking car bro.

Its a beast, much much better drive than the tailgater! My tailgater lasted me 1 day before I got bored of it. The schafter is a much better car to drive and feels much faster. Swap the tailgater! having to many sedans is fun but ultimately you need a good spread of cars to win races!

 

And regarding the sultan, are you sure you lose the back seats? I fully modded that thing and I swear it still had 4 seats!

better going with a exemplar, felon, oracle, schafter, franks buff, or sultan. i liked the sultan, more than the tailgater, but then again i never saw the appeal of the tailgater in the first place........yes im aware it has a bunch of body mods, but i still dont like the looks, and it out performed by many other sedans
