GTA V graphic and fps issue

I just bought a brand new ps3 super slim and i'm getting quite paranoid as I bought it just for gta v. How come I cant get the same graphics and framerate from what I see on youtube? Is it cos I need to play it on a monitor or the settings in my ps3? Because I watch those videos on my laptop screen.

It just seems that my ps3 cant render the things as fast as I see on youtube. Graphically wise I hope is my tv but performance wise I need some help Thanks!
