Push Start, go to Online, Go to Swap Character or Choose Character or whatever it says.

 

Pretty straight forward no? I mean Start -> Online is probably the place I'd start looking..

btw i googled it and saw alot of posts saying creating second character deletes your first character or something.. is it fixed now?

That never was the case.

 

If the cloud servers go down, don't ever make a character in your same slot. Even though that's suppose to be fixed now... just don't even try it ever.

 

The slots never interfered with each other.

You have to do this part really fast though. The only thing that comes up is some boring text asking if you want to make a character

Also if you withdraw all the money from the first characters bank to his pocket the second will not be charged for insurance(good for trolling as you seem like that kind of guy)

There is a question thread at the top of the page that is even faster than looking for a old one and bumping it.(although i suspect you knew that)
