I attained this title easily today by rigging a bright red GT Felon with an ignition bomb and parking it in the entrance of the Rockford Hills LSC, forcing players to move it by getting in

 

As an added touch, I would leave the drivers side door open and shoot out the back window, then run away on foot and hide in an alley to watch the map

 

All in all I took down 5 or so bounties, a retaliation kill on a guy who shot me for a bounty not a minute earlier, a whole lot of LSC glitchers and a level 7 I felt bad about. The last one I had my blip hidden and almost got suprised by a player, so I hid in the corner and actually got to watch them blow up. Remember that scene in Casino

I've already tried to earn my "Trust No One" achievement but the explosive cars I've discreetly left round the State have yet to be entered! Hmmm...maybe marking it bright red is the key!

I'm currently watching The X-Files and can say i'm disappointed in the use of "trust no one".

 

That said, park your car (assuming it's obviously a player's car with regards to looks) at the side of the road and sticky it. Steal another "normal" car and park back enough in case they sticky it.. Now, lay a sticky on both sides of the road ahead of your car and wait.

 

They'll either steal it, or sticky and drive off - you can safely say that they will die either way.

I did the same thing with a Dominator for my TNO award. Sounds like you put a little more thought into it though... the open door and the bulletholes probably helped sell that it wasn't a trap.

 

I didn't bother watching though, just went off and did something else.

Having to do 15 to get the award is a bit of a pain. Not something I could ever do in one sitting.

I did 5 in a half hour or so, but two of them, the chumps parked their PV too close to the bomb and got a couple of BS marks.

 

The funny thing is, blocking the LSC is the only way you can get someone to touch the damn car. I don't get it. Everytime I see an abandoned PV I always try the door handle but when I tried parking a bomb in the LSC parking lot no one would go near it.

It was interesting to watch the glitchers, Spawn on street, run to vehicle, speed behind building, stop, go to move Felon and boom. Very predictable

Yes you just gotta pay the insurance for it.

 

I was using my entity because it's dark red pearlescent and looks like a piece of delicious cherry pie but it was costing me 10K a blow. So I just changed down to the candy-coloured Bifta, which is free to replace.

Yes you can Ignition Bomb PVs and not lose them permanently. They can be claimed on insurance as normal.

 

The ignition bomb disappears if you change session of if the vehicle is destroyed, so you don't have to worry about no-longer being able to mod a PV after putting a bomb in it... but it does mean you need to buy the ignition bomb repeatedly. (25 times for the plat award, not 15 or 50 as I've seen others say). Additionally if somebody jumps in your ignition bomb PV then you get charged with the insurance (also get charged insurance for any other PVs it destroys when exploding).

Well you still lose $5000 each time for the ignition bomb (or $7500 for the remote bomb) so you're still haemorrhaging some money. But yeah I think cheap vehicles work best for bombs.
