Which apartment is better?

Only reason I asked about the 2 is because they seem to be the most popular when asked about.

In that case, check out 57 Alta St. It is near everything (all 3 LSCs, 2 Pegasus helipads, Pegasus docks, Ammunation, etc), and basically across the street from Mors. It also has the best view, and everything that lights up at night is aimed at it, not least of which is the Ferris wheel. You can see your garage and the street in front of it by looking out the window, no security cameras needed. Maze Bank is also across the street, which should make it an ideal location whenever heists come out. And the garage is tucked into a ground recess, which allows you to snipe up and down the street from safety, and lose the police just by jumping down next to your garage door (even lost a 5 star wanted level this way).

 

The list goes on. And while its garage location is extremely good from a tactical view (no line of sight between your garage and apartment entrance), I will say that Weazel's is better (also has no line of sight, and the distance between them is significantly greater).

Alta's not a bad place really. You just have to be ready to be a little farther from LSC and clothing stores than other apartments but once you figure out where everything is it's easy. Usually everything's in a straight line from that apartment.

Love my Richards Majestic, even if the garage entrance is a little crowded with parked cars at times.

 

Feels like I am near everything I need to be, and is cheap considering.

Weazel was my first 10 car apt and I still like it, although it is getting a bit popular. I put my 2nd character in Tinsel towers now but was at the one right near the depisitory -- but I kept getting frozen glitches when entering.

 

I was curious about richards maj but didn't like the look of the garage entrance.

The issue I have with the other apartments is that they're only near one LSC, at most. Alta St is equidistant from all three LSC locations, so they're all relatively close. You're always free to pick the one that's in the direction you're going to be heading in, or whichever one has the fewest people near it.

Weazel 70 also has sea-views.

I moved to Weazel from my initial home in Eclipse for obvious reasons, but it seems a lot of people are following me..Weazel is getting a little crazy lately too.

Weazel Plaza has veiws of the beach, the ocean, and the pier as well.

I live at 51 Richards Majestic and like it. The best thing is that you have a view of the Vinewood Hills and the beach from the apartment. Plus, there is absolutely zero construction work or cranes in view. That was what clinched it for me. I'm not paying the big bucks to watch construction workers scratch their asses all day. (The only downside to Richards Majestic imo is the inclined driveway, which my guy always seems to ram upon leaving.)

 

My crew leader lives at Weazel and, while the parking area is fun to mess around in, it's becoming more and more of a war zone lately. Think the word must be getting out that people are fleeing Eclipse and looking to live elsewhere. We can't stand outside Weazel for more than five minutes without having the whole session there, cops included.

Weazel Plaza is also very close to the center of the 3 city LS Customs.

 

They are like .7 miles, .9 miles and 1 mile away.

Do people really care that much about apartments? Who the f*ck ever actually goes in the damn thing? If you're simulating life by chilling in your video game apartment I truly feel sorry for you. I mean c'mon....why would anyone have one except to get a 10 car garage?

Weazel has become a pain with car bombs and tanks. And more ways in means more ways to be ambushed. Richards Majestic has the best cover for the garage exit and it is quick to back back into your garage if there is a tank parked there.

I was in Weazel apt 70 for a while and liked it but wanted more a mix of view and activity outside the window and moved to Tinsel 29. Still a nice view, but a lot more activity going on below. Yet, haven't had any trouble getting in/out of garage. Started to have problems with fights in the courtyard at Weazel. I like Tinsel and don't plan on changing, but Weazel 70 ain't bad if you go there.

 

Additionally, easy access to LSC and don't drive past a police station (in terms of Tinsel.)
