Bugs/glitches worse since 1.06,

Had a terrible day yesterday.1st attempt of loading up didn't work. Took forever with nothing happening. Reset and retry, works this time. Enter my garage, jump in car...no, can open door. But can't get in. Weird. Went outside, same thing...opens doors, pulls driver out but can't get in any vehicle. Another reset.

 

In garage again, one car bouncing around smashing into all the other cars. Won't let me enter vehicle or exit garage. Reset again.

 

This time in garage again, enters cars and accelerates to drive out garage. Waiting for the cut scene/garage open thing. Nope garage doesn't open and I'm now accelerating and smashing into all my cars in garage. Just driving about in there and can't exit. Reset again.

 

This time works ok. Drive out. Pull up weapon wheel to equip AP pistol as you do...nope, all ammo and weapons now gone. Exit game immediately hoping no save.

 

Return again, cars all upside down in garage, weapons all gone and now I have no feet. It appears they are sunk into the ground or missing completely

 

I gave up. Used to accept the occasional glitch/bug in this game, but since 1.06 it's been horrendous for me.

I think your console is dying. Never had that happen to me, and I've experienced my fair share of glitches and lag.

Yeah sounds like it. Played fine pre 1.06 though. Maybe it's Microsoft bugging my console so I'll buy an xbox1.

The most annoying glitch I get for the moment is trying to rob cars on the street but when I try to pull the driver out the animation triggers but the driver stays in. Or I get into the car kind of stuck "in" the npc driving and then get kicked out. And also cars that "magically" disappear when you get close to them. All this is very fun I assure you especially when you need a ride and the mechanic glitches out too and never brings you your car even after 5+ calls. --"...

Some cut scenes were cut because of dupe glitch

only glitches I've had are not being able to pull out a dead body from a van during a mission, my apartment not loading with the camera frozen above and vehicles disappearing

 

sure is a messy game but I manage

These days I mostly only get random freezes, usually when leaving my garage or trying to join a job.

 

Occasionally get the one where cars in traffic disappear as you run towards them.

 

Oh yeah and the walking underwater one is happening a lot more often.
