IDK if I am the 1st to post this or not but I know alot of people have been trying to figure this out. Ok, using this glitch:

you can give anyone a copy of your SE/CE vehicles(Khamelion, Hotknife, CarbonRS). It will not show up in their garage but they can have their mechanic bring it to them, it is fully moddable, insurable, and trackable. I have confirmed this works.

you're not the first, us in the find a group and meetup threads have known about this for a few days but hopefully this getting reposted will make others want to share the love lol
