Time remaining as a bad sport 00d00h00m

Hello! Yesterday I went on a rampage and exploded a lot of players with a buzzard and I ended up bad sport. As soon as I got the dunce hat, the timer said: Time remaining as a bad sport 00d00h00m

 

Today I logged in to see if it was fixed and it still says I'm bad sport for 00d00h00m. I can't remove the dunce cap, i'm in bad sport lobbies and in the player list it says i'm bad sport. I just don't understand WHEN exactly will I return to normal lobbies? Am I bs forever?

If it's any consolation, that DUNCE cap looks nice on you.

 

Btter get used to it, it's the only thing you are going to see on your head from now on.

i don't know op, it could be a bug and you could stay there forever to be honest... try contacting rockstar ASAP

Hey I tried to contact rockstar support and opened a ticket and got this auto-reply:

 

Hi Deikiell,

You are receiving this automatic reply because you recently submitted a ticket to Rockstar Games with the term "Bad Sport" found in the text.

We are sorry to hear that you are having a problem related to the Bad Sport pool in Grand Theft Auto Online. We are not able to adjust Bad Sport stats.

The Bad Sport pool is triggered by things like quitting games early, blowing up other people’s vehicles, and being reported manually or voted out by other players from the in-game pause menu. The Bad Sport pool is temporary and ends after a certain period of time that is displayed when entering GTA Online. Please note that the duration of the Bad Sport period may increase if further violations occur while in the Bad Sport pool, including being reported by other players.

If you would like to provide feedback about the Bad Sport system, please email [email protected]. We appreciate any input you have about ways to improve the system.

Mmm, why don't you try to blow more players cars in bad sport? Maybe it'll increase your time and get you out from the 0000000

I tried and it didn't work...

 

Also I clicked on "bad, i'm unsatisfied" when they asked to rate the answer I got for my ticket and said something about "how are you guys supposed to know it's BUGGED when you auto-reply every single ticket containing the words "bad sport"?"

 

I will try to send an other ticket but replacing the "bad" with "bod"... let see

Just keep messaging them until you get something that's actually been written by someone else. Don't worry though, that's pretty common with all online games to get auto tickets for a while.

 

Just reiterate that your character is suffering from a bug that isn't listed in the help FAQ. Picture evidence is great too.

Keep it short and simple so whoever reads it actually reads it lol, instead of just sending you the "relevant" auto reply.

 

Try to put the ticket under technical problems so you actually get someone who understands the game a bit to read your ticket rather than temp/outsource staff that will not be able to help you in any way.

 

If all fails, just get angrier lol. It worked for me with a couple of other online game companies when trying to be civilized didn't quite cut it. Make it clear that you are stuck in Bad sport as the timer has bugged out and it's essentially game breaking (since you can't play with friends anymore, etc) and shouldn't occur AT ALL under the current BS system.

Still dont understand the problem... You got BAD SPORT for deliberately blowing up PV's and then continued to do so as a means of trying to fix it. You even tried to glitch remove your BS warning...LOL.

Happened to me too...I've never been in the bad sport pool before but i blew 1 guys car up and now im a bad sport for 00d00h00m. It's not only you. I'm sure there's others too

I only blow up cars when people try to run me over and miss. Today happened to be a day where people missed a lot and now i'm in bad sport with nothing but zeroes I've been good and stayed out of there for almost a month, (my third trip to the pen). Hope i'm not here long. Then again it did step my game up from the first time I was there and I leveled up faster. But I want to play with people I know on missions, don't care about freemode as i'm a kill em all type of person unless you're marked with a blue circle or red one, pretty much everyone is on my Hit list

Same thing happened to me as well. Seems to be a common problem. Its my first time in the pool and it really sucks.

 

Dont know if this is relevant to others but I got sent millions from a guy randomly. So dont know if r* think I hacked, but I didn't and can't not accept people giving you cash.

not from rockstar but I'm glad to see other people with the same problem! R* may fix this faster if a lot of people complains about it.

 

I searched again and a few ticket have been opened in the rockstar support about the same issue. People became bad sport with 00 timer on november 30th and december 1st. So far I can easily count 15 people with the same problem

dude shut the f*ck up please. Its not permanent. Same thing happened to my friend last week he had all zeros (has never glitched btw). After three days he got out but I was commending him as much as I could. Dont listen to fa**ots like this kid. He has no knowledge of what could actually be happening. My guess is its just a glitch that will be patched next patch.

My bad sport counter has reached 2 new days today, still when I did kill very few players today, and let they kill me several times.

 

Very strange, I have heard that you can increase a players bad sport time by reporting them.

Good news everybody! I am not bad sport anymore. I served my 2 days sentence and I am back to clean players in normal sessions. To everyone experiencing this issue, this is NOT permanent, the timer is glitched and doesn't show the time remaining but there is nothing to worry about :)
