Need help!Huge problem with Internet, Phone, Character Change!

I'm having a huge problem right now. I spend the last days to get all missions on gold. Now I have the following problem, I don't know whether it's a problem, caused by the new Update or my savegame is damaged.

 

Everytime I try to access the ingame Internet, the screen closes after a second. After that, I am not able to use my ingame phone, except for the save option. I am not able to change characters or drive by a Taxi(only blackscreen on the Taxometer).

 

I am growing desperate right now, because I thought this was already fixed by an earlier update.

This happens in story and online mode.

Try turning the console off and back on again.

Remember you need to give us as much info as possible

Are you on PS3 or XBOX 360?

Identify with your problems, connect yourself to your surroundings and work out the problems spiritually.

Never give up.

 

Install or reinstall the game.

Leave the console unplugged for a few seconds.

Look at the disc to see if its scratched.

Use a cleaner to clean the disc.

Make sure its your disc and not the console.

If you have to reload from a different save point.

Note down the consoles previous errors(if applicable).

Again install the game on to a flash drive if you have one.

Try a different disc or console, which ever is easier.

If none of these worked I am sorry. xx

You are screwed, I got this error at 95%, there IS NO FIX, Rockstar even told me to Restart my game to fix it.

 

So you have to re-start your game now to fix the error, and lose all you hard work. I had 100 hours down the drain. A tip, never Re-Do missions for gold UNTIL after you finished all the other missions / side missions, or it will error again.

I already got 100 %, now I tried to get all on gold..think my savegame is completely destroyed now...old 100 % savegames still work, but then I'd have to repeat 30 missions again...-.-

I know, i was ready to give up and play GTA:O only when i found out the error still happens, forcing me to re-start just to play online... GG R*.

Wow, I can't believe they haven't fixed this bug yet. I've had this since a few days after launch and they still don't seem to have addressed the problem.

 

I had to stop playing GTA due to this glitch, after I ran out of emails with a web link to do the work-around to avoid going to the homepage.
