Mission invitations from characters

Every now and then, we get mission invitations from characters such as Trevor, Ron and Madrazo. I am just wondering, do these only come up if you have not done it before when you have reached the required level? Or do they repeat themselves?

 

Example - I am level 20, and another player invites me to a Ron mission which requires level 60. We all finish it. After I reach level 60, Ron sends me an invitation to do that same mission and keeps sending it until I do it, as I haven't done it as a level 60 player yet. But once I do it, Ron will no longer invite me for this mission, and the only way I can do it is if other players invite me, or maybe if I call Ron up with a job request.

I'm pretty sure they keep spamming you no matter whether you've done the missions or what level you are. Especially when you are in a gunfight. Best time to call ever according to the AI.

i would love to kill of some of the characters, idc if it corrupts my GTA V save. Who wouldn't like to put a bullet between simeons eyes?
