just-a-spaz
When I found out about snow when the game first game out, I changed the clock on my PS3 to December 25th and loaded up the game just to see if it would snow on Christmas. That would've been SOOOOO COOL! Sadly, it did not snow.
Empty World
They should cover Los santos in snow with an update just for December They're to busy making DLC and fixing Online for you. I'm quite happy with the game as it is but dlc would be nice Maybe next year, but that would take them a lot of time and wouldn't give much to the game. But when PC version comes out, we'll hopefully see a snow mod.
IGhostUlt
Oh and by the way. It does snow when you go to North Yankton, so it's not only for "cheaters". Um thats only for a mission....
600noodles
actually it does and has snowed in la. not enough to accumulate, but it does and has. i remember a time back in 02 or 03, it actually did accumulate into a small dusting, enough to be visible. it does snow a lot in the mountains though, but since gta 5 map is too small, it wouldnt look right for just 1 mountain in the game to be snowy lol

McGyver55
I believe several people (myself included) have actually had the game "Glitch" snow... Freaked me the hell out out... I thought I triggered an easter egg or had found something related to the mystery... but then I realized it was snow. Its just weird/creepy looking without accumulation.
