"Online service Disabled" When uploading Snapmatic images

I still have this problem, even in Singleplayer. I have had Xbox Live for a year now, and it still says this for photos even though I can go Online (and do so). When my Internet is down and I take a photo, it'll say "Enable Social Sharing in Privacy Settings"- I check there it is enabled! Just for good measure I also disabled and re-enabled it.

I've only managed to take one photo of my Singleplayer Ruiner when I first started, but I deleted it incase something was up.

What I have tried so far:

• Relinking my Social Club account with My Gamertag
  
• Resetting Console
  
• Reconnecting to the internet
  
• Deleting all my Snapmatic photo(s).
  

Nothing has worked yet, and I'm really looking for a solution so I can finally post pictures of my cars online. Help.

Same problem for me dude. Getting pissed off with how Rockstar is saying nothing about this and is leaving us in the dark.
