It would be a nighmare having to employ more voice actors, make more interiors and make more models for each strip club because they have to be unique. Spending pixelated money on pixelated cars? Or have sex with pixelated hookers and kill pixelated NPCs? Ok then. Anyway, in regards to the OP, maybe it will be DLC, hopefully. I honestly doubt it though. It would help a great deal because the nightlife in GTA V is pretty mediocre. Gotta love people who try and shoot the Strip Club aspect down.
