Anyone ideas on how to get rid of those ugly bruises, scars and blood?

remove blood = shower

 

remove bruises = sleep on bed a couple of game hours

 

remove scars = what iTz-JoNe Sy said

go back to single player,then back to online.

I'll second this.

 

I got messed up pretty badly before, where it became distracting how grotesque it looked, so I tried everything. Showered until it forced me to get out, laid in a bed for 24 hours in-game, etc. Nothing worked for me except leaving the session.
