DragonWarrior (DnW) Posted December 25, 2013 Share Posted December 25, 2013 maybe ur gta_sa.exe is not capable of handling Cleo4, if u realy need Cleo4 u will have to download HOODLUM no-CD fix 1.0 US as Junior123456789 said.
