How much RP can you actually earn, using this method? 1000RP per minute? 500RP per minute?

Don't see how it's a per minute basis as there is a cool down timer before you can set a bounty again...seems it'd be better just to do other activities. I have now idea how much rp you get from bounties. I've killed tons but never noticed how much rp it gave. If someone could enlighten those of us in the dark as to the details of this rp farming it'd be much appreciated.
