It only happens when you do the Merryweather heist (the approach that involves blowing up the boat with no helicopter involved, I think it's B). OT: I like the dialogue after the mission when you kill that guy for Madrazo. It was something like: Mike- "What happened? Why do you have his car?" Trev- "I only asked him for a payment after an honest day work... well... he got a little angry... and I admit, I kinda got a little angry..." M- "...did you kill him?" T- "What? No, hell no.
