My Character is now level 1

Well I started playing again on 11/30/2013 and I was lvl 57.. Well after walking into my house my screen went orange and froze. Well I restarted my xbox360 and got back on to find my Character is now level 1, I can't get in my house.. But my money, skill, and outfit stayed the same..

 

Anybody have any way of fixing this, Kind of making me mad to where I am going to sell the game..

 

I have tried everything I could think of but nothing is working..
