Go to LSC near the airport during the day, theres a small beach to the right

 

spawns there if its not there drive down the road and it will spawn

Not many ppl want it and I've been thinking about getting rid of it. I only take it out on special occasions with crew and friends because even tho it's fully upgraded, it's still pretty painfully slow..

I exchange a lot of vehicles and I've had my current surfer for a month now and only two ppl have wanted a copy.

The only reason I'm holding on to it is because I like it.

just go there after 2pm

theres a deathmatch and a gang attack

 

select last spawn location

and spam the sessions

it will be there

clean surfer with/without boards

There's ~180 of us in the crew but that said, I'd assume most of us enjoyed finding our own so I'd imagine its not one that gets duped very often. Which is not a judgement against duping, what people want to do with harmless vehicles is none of my business...

Heh. I forgot all about that spot when I found my new one last night...so there's here, the east coast spot mentioned by anakinroy, the dirt road on the left after going north through the zancudo tunnel (usually rusty) and 'rebel surfer beach' further north again (cross the next bridge north then go right and loop back around under the bridge).

futuranma on ps3. if you haven't found one yet ill dupe one for you. or join your session and help you find one. its like the game knows which car your hunting for and doesn't give them to you.

 

I had the surfer pop up everywhere when I wasn't looking for it. it would even be driving down the highways past me. then I wanted one and took a week to find one that wasn't rusty.

 

although the bf surfers group has lovely maps and descriptions of where and how to get them. the most important thing is to check the u-shaped cove between 4pm and 9pm in game time.
