Thought I would show off the usefulness of having property near the military base. You can enter the base quickly and for an easy getaway get the jet for only $700 (Whatever it costs for Lester to remove your wanted level)

well not "on foot as such" but ive found many easy ways of getting Via bike or car, simply driving up the banks will flip you over.

By on foot I meant without a car. The video clearly demonstrates I know you can use a car.
