After serving four sentences in BS lobbies, I've come to the conclusion that leaving missions penalises you more than blowing up a few PVs. Two times I got sent to BS just after leaving a job, which is ridiculous to be honest.

 

I never ragequit missions or races, but sometimes I will leave the game for a couple of reasons : IRL stuff, or lag. There is no way I am going to complete the grand tour (or any mid/long races) if I get massive lag right off the start.

 

I had to complete the grand tour race with soul crushing lag because I was a dodgy player trying to gain Rockstar's favors again by completing missions. Either I left because I was sick of the lag and got sent to BS, or I spent the next 10 minutes playing window tearing. Obviously I went with the latter. 15 minutes of hell isn't worth 30 days in the pen.

 

I am sick of lag in certain races, it's just bullsh*t. I seriously hope Rockstar addresses that issue as it ruins too many good races half the bloody time. And making money off the short ones is grueling.

not all lag is R*s fault. they don't run the internet.

 

 

I know that. late evenings where everybody is using the internet (if you live in an busy area) can be a pain, but I can run on my PC (same connection obviously) several MMOs at once, use my browser and download stuff on torrents and I'm still getting barely no lag.

 

But there are many weird lag issues, even at day times where the connection should be pristine clear and it can't be blamed on towtruck as much anymore (I know they are still around but most have been cleansed from their garages).

 

I do believe there are some room for improvement in the server's stability or performance issues department. Not all lag can be linked to Rockstar obviously, but they could definitely help with that too.

No you didn't ... you got bad sported because you have been bad sported before and are therefore on 'probation' ... and clearly did other things prior to leaving 2 races.

EDIT: too funny now that i see you rage-quitted 2 races after obviously being BS'ed presumably 3 prior times ... no such a bright move given you get SO many warning as you approach BS status

Historically, pertaining to GTA V, Rockstar tends to be late and take a while to deliver minimal content. He's saying over the next 16 days there won't be any heists or new missions

And especially if they try to take out your Weebly in a high speed chase through Vinewood Hills----in a limo (Epic Fail).

 

After the limo got stuck upside down on the 3rd hairpin turn down a hill, I plastered their jacked limo with sticky bombs. Then drove a little ways up the hill to watch the fireworks....

 

Got a message some several minutes after that saying I earned $2k for being a good sport. Which now brings the total of my good sport welfare account to some $45k

play gran turisimo if you want a pure race experience(or any dedicated racer for that matter).

you must be 12. Thats why they have a GTA mode for people who want to f*ck each other up. Standard races are meant to be racing not destruction derby. Slamming into people only puts both you and the person y ou wreck into last so only childish babies who are losing 1st would even consider it.

The bad sport system is retarded, and none of these cynical pricks will tell you that, i've left about 25 races before and got NO bad sport notifications or anything whatsoever. One of my friends tried to get bad sport on purpose and he left 50 MISSIONS in a row, i f*cking repeat, 50 missions and still didn't get bad sport. He got one days later for blowing up alot of PV's. And here's the kicker, weeks later, i got Bad Sport for leaving 1 mission, i didn't blow up PV's at the time and i stopped quitting races/whatever. I now haven't been in BS for about a month even though i currently blow up tons of PV's.
