I like this topic. hopefully R* can implement what ppl are asking for in the next gen console.

 

As i was playing, I felt like hitting the casino for some "meditation" time, maybe case the joint for a score.

 

R* setup for Frank to move on to GTA 6. plus I love his driving ability. suits the game proper.

 

- More interiors for sure. i can do without being able to see whats on the phone in the chars hand when having it open.

- A female lead char.

- Races more like you'd see in race games such as need for speed.

- Be able to bet on the horses. haha

- Drag race cars and events, (airport maybe) but need the cars to do it. i have the lookalike 68 Camaro/Firebird Blown with wheelie bars. only cycles can pull the front tires tho.

- Take ideas from COD on better wep choices. maybe a predator for a eye in the sky, laser lock targets.

- Definitely bring back more wanted lvls. call in the national guard, coast guard. I'll kill them too.

- Be able to play the mini games on the boardwalk. shooting ducks.

- Be able to customize and store any drivable vehicle. (Simi's, Planes, boats)

- Add a GPS to any car of your choice or be able to trade your main car at a dealer. Frank's car is nice, fast, but would be nice if Trevor had an optional second car to make his own.

- Purchase more garage space or more garages. maybe make a gallery of cars rather then see them lingering in a shop leaking oil on the floor. or an option to display a # of cars in the shop from your list of stolen property.

- Be able to sell cars in SP like the online players get to do every 48 min. or crush them for scrap $ with occupants still in em.

- Be able to transfer funds from char to char.

 

Many more ideas...

 

The possibilities are endless.

no matter what R* does, there will always be haters. same holds true for anything ne1 does. ppl that cant beat something or figure out something. or too easy for others. play it, enjoy it, or leave it alone.

That being said, I didn't enjoy the side missions too much. not mush cash gain, running, para shooting thru checkpoints? bla. Playing Golf or tennis in a action game was outa the ? for me, but some ppl liked it.

Keep the 3 multiple protagonist setup no more no less

 

At least 50 more land animals and a city zoo

 

At least 20 animals in the ocean

 

Alot more cars (especially muscle, supercars) , there were alot in gta 5 but still

 

More missions... if youre gonna have 3 characters you need 3 times the number of missions to stretch out the game and also give more time to get to know each character

 

A few more weapons like chainsaws , flamethrowers , etc

 

Ability to buy other safehouses and also customize them

 

Other side activities such as fishing , basketball , biking , racing on a race track , motocross arena, etc.

 

Plane and helicopter customization

 

At least 20 different radio station and 375 songs, gta 5s songs always repeat

 

 

Better fighting

 

 

A coral reef in the ocean

 

 

Shooting underwater

 

 

Volcanoes (some active and some not)

Silencers actually help be stealthy (cops cant come unless witness is around or hear gunshots)

 

Gas stations and cars run on gas

 

Optional speedometer for cars

 

Random events return

 

Laser for gun customization

There hasn't been a game that was set in Vice City in a long time, so I would like to see the city in HD. It would make a big difference to the already existing versions of it for sure, like IV's Liberty City was different to the one of III, which makes it virtually a new location. And the game doesn't have to be set in the 1980's either, since Miami is still a cool place to this day.

Also, we have the military, why not a navy and coast gaurd.... coast gaurd could have the small boats and the navy could have huge ships and aircraft carriers such as the fighter jet carrier with the runway and huge battleships and submarines

 

Also random huge ships and cargo ships or yachts (not enough water traffic in any of the gta games)

it seems that rockstar concentrating maybe a little too much on the landscape than on missions, they clearly wanted it to look very nice, which it does, but it needed at least 100 proper missions and no strangers and freaks missions, theyre just awful and what is holding me back to only 80% complete

if you don't like car races or death matches then why see them on your map.

 

How about the vehicle you stole and were killed in doesn't despawn

and maybe the "X" marking where you died should be in a color that stands out against the black and gray map.

 

 

I love the starski and hutch over the hood of the cars when you run at them and hit the jump button.

R* said they have about 45 years of ideas so the idea that GTA could go into the doubles is possible but not certain.

 

The idea of a huge map bigger than GTA 5 is good, with borders and checkpoints kudos to the idea TrainKid has setting is across the US, Canada and Mexico. Rather than being just LA. The prospect of drug trafficking across the boarder with Mexico is good and maybe something R* should take into account, I'd just be replying the Fast 4 scene getting through without being scene by the authorities.

 

As for cars, don't know about anyone else but I'd like to see more muscle cars and pickups. With realistic modifications with them, definitely have more street races or organise them. More paint jobs than just plain colors.

 

As far as buildings maybe have 50% of all buildings including abandoned buildings enterable. That includes buildings used during missions. It'll make it more interesting and give the city life.

 

More interaction with the public as in when walking up to people the character can have a conversation with them.

 

More cheat codes that have some relation to the game, SA had some good cheats GTA 4 kinda did but they can always do better with GTA 6

 

Weapons were always good, but they're some that I've missed having, a chainsaw and samurai Sword would be cool to have back in the game, hardware stores selling tools as weapons like you could get in GTA VC, also flamethrowers would be awesome to be back

 

Have just one main character that's it, it makes the story mission more fun and interesting. Have maybe a second character but only for specific missions. Having a female lead character would make it interesting but I don't know unless they use the switch mode like in GTA 5

As for the time period make it before 2000 around 1960s to 1980s around them times, gives R* plenty of options to play with and plenty of ideas

This will be crazy.I would like to start with really good graphics.just like gta iv was back in 2008.

Also i want a really good ragdoll mod.A realistic one that doesn't look rdiculous.They can focus only on 1 character,mostly because for me 3 characters destroyed the story that was silly.

Also i want way more villages,trees, just some simple nature.I hated the too colorful colors at day time,combined with bad graphics and total absense of antialiasing made the game looking bloody awful.

There is no point of a big map without the ability to do something there.After i finished the story in GTA V i had nothing to do.i didn't want to go outside of Los Santos because there was nothing to do.I hope that the main city in GTA 6 will be a huge one,AND the outside of the city should not be empty.I want more clothes,haircuts(remmeber san andreas where you could make CJ a punk, rocker,etc?)the ability to change the body(fat muscular skinny).The on-foot system should be refined.i hated to run in GTA V.it was slow and boring.i always wanted to grab a car.Give us some incredible fighting system.Is that so hard to do?i would like different types of fighting like wrestling,karate,box(yeah i know it sounds like i want to play a sims game,but after the staleness of gta 4 and v we really should demand something new).The cars in GTA V feels like toys.make them feel heavier than ever,more hard to control(like gta 4 because that is how realistic driving looks like).If you are walked over by a car there should be blood around you and possibly a broken arm or leg(damn it is next generation they need to make the game very realistic but not too much,although it will be incredible hard to fing in the game something fun).

gunplay should be more harder.A cop can die from 2 bullets,so can the player.A lot more npc's on the streets.More cars also.Moders did with gta 4 some incredible work.The enb and iceenhancer make the game look like next gen for ps4 and xboxone.The map should be really big.so most of the time players won't even reach the bottom of it.they should be interested to be in the Center of the map rather than just driving around without any fun.

Undercover units (Actually, we have only the Vapid undercover Stanier; More units like Bravado Buffalo, Declasse Granger or others cars would turn the game more real).

Police Snipers ( Like in GTA IV use Heavy/Combat Snipers),

Better Roadblock/Spike Strip positioning, police use powerful guns at higher levels to support NOOSE and FIB( Carbine Rifles, Combat Pistol and Combat SMG as NOOSE and FIB use Advanced guns like Advanced Assault/Carbine Rifle, Advanced SMG, Advanced/Heavy Pistol ).

 

- Ability to restaure beater vehicles: in GTA IV, EFLC, V we have beater vehicles and "normal" vehicles, in GTA V some vehicles is only found in beater version like : Declasse Voodoo, Bravado Rat-Loader, Bravado Duneloader and others, a vehicle restauration is a way to restore those vehicles performance, body and paint, and have a "unique vehicle", and of course: add some beaters motorcycles.

 

- Return of Paramedics, Vigilante, Trashmaster side-missions.

 

- Update at Street Races : Difficulty, cash prize, police trying to bust racers, cars based on protagonist car used on race, exemple: Sabre Turbo Vs Dukes, Ruiner, Stinger.

I thought I was excited for V, I can't imagine how the hype for VI will be.

 

PS4,XB1 will allow many many new possibilities GTA fans on consoles have waited for. With each GTA we have seen that R* is trying to get more and more realistic. (Map, graphics, physics wise)

 

What we should/hope to expect:

 

- More cars, pedestrians roaming about

- More engine sound variety for vehicles

- Possible more realistic car damage system

- Improved car spawning coding (Less repeat cars driving around)

- Higher res textures everywhere

- A map that is bigger than V with a variety of landscapes. (Possibly more than one city this time)

- Improved A.I.

- Increased variety of pedestrian behaviors

- More dynamic events etc.

- Expect 1 protagonist storyline

- Expect that R* will cap it somewhere between 30-40 fps / 1080p

 

That's just the tip of all improvements/possibilities...

 

And for non-gameplay related. Hopefully we will see it announced fall 2016 and released '17 or '18

Bigger map than gta 5 (gta 5s map is big but i realized that its one small city and a country but alot of the space is mountains)

More things to spend money on ( at the end of gta 5 i had 21 million and nothing to spend it on)

I like the idea of either a setting in miami (vice city ) or maybe hawaii or australia for 6 because the next gen cosoles are here and rockstar im sure can pull it off especially hawaii with the beautiful beaches, forest, mountains, islands the keys and volcanoes but somewhere in australia or miami would be awesome too

How about being able to strip the parts off ANY car stolen, then you can choose to store those parts in your garage for use on compatible cars or just sell them.

 

Junky cars you should be able to steal and sell to the scrap metal yard for a for up to 1,500 depending on car type and condition - with minimal time limits (about 5min real time should be long enough).

 

Also want to see player art in the game, designs on the cars, tattoo's and the like.

 

How about you get to KEEP THE FLUFFING WEAPONS YOU FIND!!!

 

I'm beginning to feel like it's not about the player and more about the micro transactions ....

 

Yes you put a lot of work into it R*, but hell you also charged almost an hours pay for the game, and every perk the players find is being filtered out. Yes most of them are down right game exploits or hacks and should be removed to keep the over all game integrity.

ok , here's what i would like (based on IV . in order as they came to my mind)

 

- first the story should take place in VC

- WWII big seaplanes

- harcore cops mod . like IRL any wrong action can potentially make you to get the cops on your back

- sea diving on ship wrecks . why not with an internet update . for example each 2 or 3 monthes R* releases a new hidden ship wreck (modern boat or spanish galleon) and you have to find it by yourself

- lot of enterable restaurants (very important to me)

- mission(s) with Phil Cassidy in the swamps with his illegal alcohol

- endless sea . i heard V sea was limited , it looks like cr%ù . i love a lot when you can do endless boat ride , it gives an important freedom feeling . this is VERY IMPORTANT to me .

- boat trailers

- being able to dance , at least in discotheques , anywhere would be excellent

- 1 or 2 enterable clubs

- DJ Tony and DJ Mister magic from VC . and DJ Julio J from SA (1st)

- Niko . not necessarily as main character but in a side mission or at least as ped so modders can use it as main character if they want to

- more weapons . not that i especially want more weapons but being able to have a huge variety of them is cool . for example for pistols they are lot of different pistols (magnums , cylinders , magazines , short noses ..)

- few more TV stations

- 2 or 3 independance FM . a stream reader would be nice too

- being able to keep actual car color when repairing

- less violence . or lot of side activities , so we can play without having to do violent missions if we want to

- unrealistic stuff free game (IV was good at this)

- main features unlocked since beginning would be cool (restaurants , races , bridges blocks..)

- few buyable properties but easily moddable new hideouts

(edit) - i would like to have car signals

 

 

things i didn't like from some GTA :

 

- eating and muscles/fat thing from GTA . that feature was a pain to me

(edit) - anything that asks more than 2 clicks before the game gets windowed (Social club..)

 

 

if there's all the above , it will be cool so far

It may be asking much but i would like to be able to go to space... or at least far enough up to orbit the earth... the next gen cosoles are here and im sure rockstar can do it... if you think about it, the size, graphics, and new terrains in 5 were a drastic change from 4 so maybe they can do it... it would be cool to just see the dark sky with the distant stars

Ability to put atvs or dirtbikes on a trailer and haul them up mountains in a pick up or boats on a trailer to the ocean

 

Also if they have a black character, dont portray his character as a thug or almost a hood character when in gta 5 franklin barely did any hood missions

AC4 black flag has nice features too like the simple merchant ships management a very simple merchant fleet management that allows you to earn money an to gain special art objects to decorate your mansion . the sugar plantation depots attack is very cool too . you attack a sugar depot full of merchandises for your boat/crew , and you have to be the stealthtest possible , first you need to locate the key holder , then to access the depot . you can dissimulate bodies by throwing them to water or hiding them in the surroundings . in an AC4 DLC you do the same but you liberate slaves . you could do this for example with cuban or mexican human beings traffickers

Definitely. SA on PS2 still has the best variety of cheats for a GTA game. With the PS4 and XB1 architecture being closer to the pc's they make the games on, hopefully this means they can easily add a bunch of fun stuff in.
