Killing friend repetitively online, after putting a bounty of 2k on them (amount doesn't matter). Loss of 1k per kill. Gain of 1k rp if under level 90, gain of 2k rp if above 90.

Going out and doing missions, races, DM etc. normally help you level. Did you consider that?

If you can't find a friend for this, you can use your tank. choose a random, and place bounties on him before killing him

I gained 10 levels in a hour while doing bounties, you get 1k-2.5k rep from each kill. do it in inv only because people will swarm on you if you're in a free roam, Had two tanks show up and a buzzard while I was doing it.

One way is to do solo races and finish with a time slightly higher than 4 minutes. You get almost double the points than if you actually tried hard and finish the race in a shorter time. it's boring as hell, but at least you eventually max out your driving skill to 100 (though I have no idea what the difference is, between driving skill of 20 and driving skill of 100).
