Wtf Why Bad Sport ?!?

RockStar I believe y'all did a great job ruining the online gameplay. Why is there a bad and good sport? I've been a bad sport for almost a week because I refused to play a few death matches 1 on 1 with time limit on 30 or 45 mins and he is hiding from me? Possible in a glitch knowing all the bugs in your game. Yes I have blown up a few players cars, you damn right I have. If a guy starts shooting me I'm striking back and yes his car might get destroyed in the process if his in it or taking cover behind it. If you don't want nobody too harm your pretty car go in passive mode and let the big boys play. My crew members can kill the crap out of me but that's ok right? Your online gameplay took more than awhile too start working after lunch and customers of your product are still having issues so who really is the bad sport here y'all or the RockStar fans that actually wanna play freely as we always done.

Yeah, if you didn't want to play those deathmatches you should've backed out during the lobby before the match started, instead of quitting in a sulk after the host launched the game.

I don't mind the bad sport system. It makes you and other players think twice before shooting. Also a pet hate of mine is people quitting matches/jobs early just because its not going their way, this bad sport system should stop people leaving but I find people still leave all the time. Very annoying!

 

A 45 minute 1v1? Man you should have taken the challenge and owned his ass! Getting killed constantly for 45 minutes will make sure he never does it again!

 

A week in the bad sport lobby is more than a few cars and leaving a death match! I got 2 days for exploding cars, you must have been really bad or not learned Ur lesson the first time round. If you wanna explode cars the bad sport server is the best place to be. Once you get over the silly hat there is a lot of fun to be had playing GTA the old fashioned way!

Believe it are not but there are reasons too quit mission. I had plenty of reasons too do so. Lets say me and you running a mission and you die, I just go BS around and don't do the objective. That's plenty of reason too quit. Im just saying I'm being punish for BS. For gods sake it's GTA... The game where you f*ck hookers for the cheap cheap and rob foreign store clerks not the Sims

Now I'm stuck in servers with most idiots that might deserve too be there but there are players there in the same situation as me there also.The good and bad sport isn't justified so my option it should be there. If someone blows your car up kill em.. It's that simple. If someone leaves a match f*ck em split the profits between the players who stayed. That's the GTA way.

I do agree with you somewhat. It should be like the old game with a passive lobby and a normal lobby. But we are stuck with it so you just gotta live with it! My brief stint in the bad sport lobby was great fun, it was the anything goes all out chaos GTA should be! If it wasn't for the stupid hat sticking out the top of my car I wouldn't have minded staying! Quitting the odd match doesn't really mean anything, for you to get the dunce hat you must have done it or blown up cars more than a few times that's all I'm saying. I've quit games because I don't have time etc but haven't been bad sported for it, the tank rampage was what did it haha!

 

Recently I have blown up what seems like a rediculous amount of personal cars and I still haven't been bad sported again. If this was pre-patch 3 cars would do it! now its a helluva lot more. Meaning you must have blown up a helluva lot of cars Lol. I don't blame you, its addictive watching peoples cars go boom but you gotta know when enough is enough and go for the ram into a wall and SMG to the side of the head approach!

 

Maybe its because I'm doing a lot of missions at the moment I'm redeeming myself for all the car bombing? I don't know if that's how it works o not? Lol

lol. i completed a deathmatch, spawned in free roam and switched to trevor to cut off my xbox. when i logged back on i was in the dunce pool. for 16 days. no reason. so frustrating.

If you are dead on a mission you can quit with no penalty.

there really is some moronic people online, when i go online without my mates, i just want to cruises around and do some of the missions to earn some money towards getting an apartment, but nope, in stead i have to hide from people who attack me who dont know me, i for one am not interested in fighting other people, so some people deserve to be a bad sport.

I understand that but the need a better system too go by. The way they did Red Dead Redemption with the friendly, normal and hardcore online play would be much better than having too get punished for playing freely in free mode.

Like Ed said you have done more then just blow up a few cars and quit a few jobs to get into bad sport that's you're own fault especially since R* changed the bad sport requirments of blowing up personal cars so you don't get in as much trouble as you used too.

 

I am glad BS is there because of people like you who quit jobs because the person your running with dies that is just being a bad team player and you are only hurting yourself when you do that.

 

Quit crying you got bad sport for a reason now deal with it.

 

You're in bad sport for a week tells us this isn't your first time in a bad sport lobby because you are only in there for 24/48 hours

i just came off 2 days on the BS servers. basically a 2 day ban, had a lot of time to reflect about my actions and i still think blowing up peoples cars is the funnest thing to do in freemode.

 

they still should have done this differently because banning people from playing with their friends in an online game separate from freemode is stupid. imagine if madden 25 made a rule that if you quit too many games you are banned from online play for 2 days? or if a game like battlefield or CoD banned you for 2 days for team killing too many people. it doesnt make sense.

 

they need to follow a model like ultima online (the greatest MMORPG of all time) where good citizens are blue, crimals are grey, and murderers are red. everyone starts out blue, but if you committ any crime you turn grey for an amount of time. in this amount of time anyone can attack you, and if police see you they will chase you. if you kill say 4 or more different people you become red and you can be attacked by anyone, and have at least 2 stars on you at all times while in the city limits. you would be able to work down your kill count over real time similar to how the BS lobby works currently or pay gta$ for lawyer fees.

 

it would be difficult to successfully implement in a 16 player online game, but it would be a good idea for R* in the future. having a separate lobby for people who like to blow sh*t up is stupid.

My friends and i commend each other daily. That way we can blow up whatever the hell we want and still keep our rating in the good sport category.
