Franklin when doing races, doing gang wars, or driving in fast sports cars. I use his bullet time A LOT specially since i love sniping and it really helps (and i always wanted a bullet time mechanic in gta) Plus he is the first character i knew (way back in the day where we still called him "Albert De Silva") So before it was revealed that we play as 3 characters. I always kinda imagine myself playing the game as Michael. I use Trevor a lot too. usually when im feeling lonely as (strangely enough) i could relate to him a lot. He is lonely with some issues with love and A LOT of repressed anger. He is the one i play as when i want to vent my stress or live out my lonely revenge fantasies. and i admit i kinda feel a bit guilty for ignoring Franklin for so long. I always saw him as kinda boring or just merely CJ 2.0. But he kinda grew on me. He is the voice of reason in the group and a good change of pace to the other 2 over the top old guys. I usually play as him the most when i just want to enjoy the life in Los Santos. Perhaps go on a bike ride around the hood or just fly my Luxor while "Glamorous" is playing in the radio. Franklin I have no idea what he does all day. Pry just listens to that rap music with all bells and whistles in it and eats fried chicken and washes it down with some orange soda... sukmieazz Posted November 29, 2013 Share Posted November 29, 2013 I used to play as Franklin like 80% of the time back when I was mad at Trevor, but near the end of my first play through I forgave him and started playing as him. I try not to break character often so I use Michael for yoga, buying cars, golfing (with Franklin as a friend sometimes), playing tennis, and hanging out with Family. I use Franklin for racing, driving, parachuting, and other stuff he would do. Trevor is my guy for causing chaos, getting in shoot outs, stealing stuff, robbing stores, trying crazy things (like fighting sharks) and off-roading. I use Franklin and Trevor for free roam the most because Franklin can be more "me" in his activities and clothing, while Trevor is more fun. If I ever use Michael or Franklin is because of their activities that Trevor is unable to do. He has the best special hability, which helps to make fights against cops more fair (Frank's special hability is helpful, but once you get pro at driving you don't need it anymore, and Mike's f*cking sucks, really). He also has two safehouses, one in the city and the other in the middle of nowhere, which comes handy. Not to mention the best dialogues aswell. I don't only use Trevor for crazier things though, I make Michael and Franklin blow things up and run over pedestrians just as often as Trevor.
