Down the Drain, Criminal Records, Coveted, gang wars, sell cars, do random missions, and just other random grinding. It's harder to do now, but there are still missions and races that give ok rp and money (not in the class of what you used to get, but still able to rank up).

 

Coveted mission still gives $12,000 every time, is quick and can be done as many times you want. The first Grapevine race (2 laps) gives me 3000 RP in solo play. And don't forget to sell cars every 48 minutes, it adds up, a Baller gives you around $ 9,000 bucks for example.

Playtime: 5 days and 8 hours according Social Club. This includes much idling in apartment.

 

Real playtime is 108 hours and 20 min outside the apartment.

 

I have logged everything automatically with dedicated PCI capture card in 1980x1020 since I began to play. This is according to Windows overview in folder of all 104 recordings on total 815 gigabytes.
