Help me with a crew emblem

My crew, Street Fighting Men, is not big yet, but it's starting to get there. I've tried forever to get my crew logo done so it looks cool, but I really suck at it. The one I wanna make is The Rolling Stones tongue design. Not just any design, but with a white edge around it. Can you make that? I suck so hard at it, and there's no way I can make it look good. I would appreciate it very very much if you could.
