yoječ
Are you going to overclock the CPU? Does the PC has to include display, mouse/keyboard, Windows, etc.?

Jc_39a
If i build one myself, do you think it is better than buying one that is already built? Like AlienWare
marmoo
I doubt you will get an alienware system for under 500 quid. As yojo has suggested, cheaper and better to build your own. Build your own alienware if you have the budget :-)
Jc_39a
can you also answer my question in the other topic about how to build a computer? and when your computer starts to get old do you build a new one or just take the components out and rebuild it with new components? marmoo
Best way to build a PC is to start from scratch with all new components. Of course you can grab a few things like an old hard drive to act as a secondary drive for non performance things like photo's etc and leave your new drive as your primary for performance things like games. Have you ever built a PC before?. It is great fun and once you do it you will never buy prebuilt again. YouTube has loads of videos on step by step instructions. If you have any friends who build them, have them with you as you build to advise.
Jc_39a
I have never built one before, so when you actually store the motherboard into the case with all the components on it, when does the secondary drive go?
marmoo
Harddrives usually go in when motherbard screwed into case and CPU and ram inserted onto motherboard. Hard drives are usually connected via SATA cables from back of hard drive into connector on MB. There are bays on the case to screw hard drives in Have a look on you tube at how to build PC and you will see how easy it really is Edited November 30, 2013 by marmoo
