What do you call it when a female CEO uses her power to force her male secretary to sleep with her or lose his job, or when a black man who is the head of a company abuses his white workers and calls them racial slurs?

 

I know what you are trying to say in your posts: That the majority of the positions of power are held by white men, but this is not always the case. I don't care what kind of education someone has or what any college professor or someone who proclaims to be "smarter than everyone else" tells me. I can call BS when I see it.
