Mount Chiliad Mystery Mural Theory #10536841 SPOILER ALERT

SPOILER ALERT!

My Theory:

(The mural is at the top of Mt. Chiliad at the cable car station for those who may not know.)

-R* knew that everyone was going to go to that Mountain right away.

-Fact: On the cable car ride up to the top of Mt. Chiliad, if you are in the Scenic/Cinematic View, you can see the All-Seeing-Eye painted huge in white behind a pine tree.

-The mural tells you that at the top of the mountain is something special. Under the observation deck is the All-Seeing-Eye painted in red. On the rear plank of the deck itself reads the words, "Come back when your story is complete."

-In conjunction with theabove, the mural represents the games story and ultimately 100% completion.

-The 5 red X's represent the 100% Checklist where 5 objectives are required to get 100% Completion. They are:

1) Missions

2) Hobbies/Pastimes

3) Strangers/Freaks

4) Random Events

5) Miscellaneous

I feel this is what those X's represent. Now lets consider the mural's appearance.

-The mural's X's represent the 5 Objectives while the 3 boxes at the bottom represent:

1) A UFO

2) A Cracked Egg

3) A Jetpack

-The UFO is representative of Michael in the essence that Michael has strange "UFO/Alien" encounters in-game & has history with the FIB. The UFO's in the 100% Completion that are visible represent Michael. Two say "FIB" directly on them. A clue/giveaway.

-The Cracked Egg represents Franklin being the new guy, the new birth, and a recipient of the Space Docker vehicle after collecting all of the spaceship parts. I feel that the name "Space DOCKER" means that this vehicle will be used to "Crack The Egg," perhaps by docking with one of the spaceships.

-The Jetpack represents Trevor, in the essence that in order to get it legitimately, Trevor may have to be the one to penetrate Fort Zancudo while in a Rage/Special Ability mode. The jetpack represents Trevor best based on his superior flying skills and that he never recieves a mansion in the game, but he has an airfield. In GTA:SA, the jetpack - once retrieved - was always available at the airstrip for CJ.

-With these representations, we can go further into this theory... Given that Michael represents the UFO and Trevor represents the jet pack, we can look at the mural and see that at the bottom those two are linked together - an imagery metaphor placed to help the player to figure it all out.

-The story starts with Franklin and ends with Franklin. He makes the ultimate decision in the end on whether to kill Michael, kill Trevor, or do neither (the best suitable game choice to keep all three protagonists and complete the murals "story").

-Do you notice, on the mural, that there are lines connecting all of the red X's, the 3 boxes (UFO/EGG/Jet Pack), and the All-Seeing-Eye? Look at the lines. One goes straight from the "Eye" to the Cracked Egg/Franklin. This represents the storyline and the beginning of it all up to the end. You are the "All-Seeing-Eye." At the end, you need to use this as a map when making the final main story decision. The map is read from top to bottom starting at the "Eye" on top...where you probably went right away when you started the game without even doing anything other than the first two conjoined missions.

-If you follow the lines to the left, you'll see on the UFO/Michael side a single line that comes to a dead end. This represents what will happen if you choose to kill Michael. Same with the right side, there is a single dead end line that represents what will happen if y

-Follow the lines as if you were going through the story, starting as the Player/"All-Seeing-Eye" at the top of the mountain having discovered the mural, the observation deck writing, and seeing the eye under the deck AND on the way up via the cable car. Going to the menu and seeing 5 Objectives and 5 X's is not coincidence at this point for the player right in the beginning.

Here's my theroy:

Rockstar saw what happened with SA so they decided to put some random ''puzzle'' in there that will be somewhat true but will also contain a picture of a certain object that doesn't exist, knowing players looking for that object will spend months over-analyzing a rock to figure out what it ''really means''.

It's ok, you can have your fun looking for it, but don't take it too seriously man. Really, there are better things to invest your energy in withing the game itself.

What's the conclusion to your theory OP?

Is there a possibility for a Jetpack or you are claiming that there is no further mystery and it gets solved with ending of saving all 3?

Or am I missing the point?
