Want minor characters to have more stories? Carlos theory

Hallo everyone. ttoday i want to talk about minor characters and would be more than happy too hear your iopions about them, lets start!!!11!

 

For example Carlos the gardener i mean u can talk with him, so why wouldnt u be able to talk to him about his life. all he sais is its like a desert. its kinda waste of a character. and such people as Carlos can be more than gardeners too. Why cant u hang out with carlos. I have a theory on a background for carlos.

Carlos is a man who part jobs as a gardener at Micheals house, his second job is janitor at hospital. his real name is Carlos Veritas Menandes , he has 1 child named Hector, and a wife Rermaens. carlos likes hanging with the vagos and movies. this is such a intrest he could have same as micheal, you see?

 

as a young kid Carlos was growning up in the hoods what lead him to doing some criminal activity. He has done 1 heist that didnt went well since his friend rodrigues died (2005). he is intressed in making fast money and fast cars.

 

He sometimes helps being the driver in some small robberies, but only if he really needs the money.

 

He likes playing poker at nights. he likes being with his son and his wief. he has also lived in lc a while with his friend luis (him in gta iv yes)

 

so what u guys think do you think there should be more story? imo yes pls make a story about someone you too, or ask me too do more i take requests.

the lady that works at hair on hawick is actually part of the illuminati. hair is a transmitter for the government to read your mind, and the lady is paid to dress people's hair and the spray she uses is actually lubricant so the transmitters can function better. also she has a clone that works in strawberry and she too belongs to the illuminati but because of the nature of people in strawberry the spray has a different formula which causes the residents there to obsess over a sports team and shoot eachother so property prices go down and the representatives have a cheap place to live with few residents so any signals sent out wouldn't be easily interfered with carlos is the hair sisters' associate and his role on earth is to cut bushes because bushes send out signals and photosynthesis is all a lie there is no energy involved and the only reason bushes are there is because rich people don't do their own gardening and this allows carlos to plant super sensitive audio recording devices around the house and listen to what michael does and this is how merryweather knew where michael lived because carlos is reptillian and works with merryweather and that's why carlos decided he wouldn't go to work that one night becayse he knew merryweather would be there and he didn't want to get killed because if he did then the reptillians would have no link with earths and that means they can't useour resources
