I know in GTA Online you can buy a garage for cars and bikes but can you store boats and anywhere.

No, you call Pegasus and they "deliver" it to the "nearest" docks. It's not like the mechanic where you can get stuff delivered to wherever you are (when he works). There's only a few places around the map that they'll drop stuff of. Ideally I'd like to go to the coast anywhere round the map and get a boat or jetski delivered *there*. Same with helicopters and planes.

Hope they add purchaseable boathouse and hangars then.
