Im sick of all these dlc's , lies and online crap .

First of all gta 5 is a great game , but its not perfect . And definitely isnt a f*cking masterpiece as IGN points it out to be .

To start GTA is traditionally a game mainly played for singleplayer , sure a lot of people like multiplayer , but no one need it to be so advanced , im sure most of us would have a simple online mode like gta 4's but have a much more detailed single player mode .From the moment the first trailer came out , rockstar said it would be "the most ambitious game ever made" .
Would "the most ambitious game ever made" , have such a blland map with so few animals . Not to mention the shortest storyline .After we saw in the game files what was cut , its absouloutley a digrace .

The worst part is that they want to make those things dlc , and expect to pay extra money from things that were cut and only be able to do them online . I want the old days back were rockstar would give us everything in one , instead of f*cking dlc's and online mode . I dont know who else agrees with me but im worried about the future of gta and gaming . and the worst part is im only a teenager . soon it'll be you've beaten one quarter of the story pay 20 bucks for the next quarter .

R* are still not as bad as other companies.

You can blame the dumbass sheep that support micro-transactions by buying that sh*t which caused developers to cut things out or leave the game unfinished.

I suggest that we wait for the PC version so you can have a complete and game plus infinite amounts of mods to improve the game.

GTA SAN has the most content that got cut and deleted yet nobody complains.

 

GTA 4 was supposed to bring back RHINO and miniguns yet it was cut,nobody complaint.

 

GTA DLC started like 5 years ago , get a f*cking grip.

There's really no space on the DVDs for extra content so without dlc what we got on release day is all we'd get.

The way it was released, it's literally, undeniably, a $60 demo disc/online pass. I haven't played any game online, and I never plan on it. I bought this game thinking it was a finished product with years of work put into it, not something that would immediately require constant online updates and use of a social network.

 

Seriously, is there a way to get my money back?

 

I haven't played it in weeks because I don't think the game is "good" or "great" in any way aside from the non-action graphics and some of the voice acting. The controls for just about every type of vehicle are awful, there's no gore and the visible vehicle damage is retarded, and the "physics" of most of it is just horrible, and not at all fun to me. The list could, and has many times, gone on for pages, but the worst of it is how they clearly, deliberately, stripped it of stuff and ruined things/"made mistakes" in order to force people online/into their social network to "fix" them.

 

It's bullsh*t, and they're setting a terrible precedent for other companies.

 

If rockstar can get away with making billions or whatever it is on a demo disc, what do you think the shoddier companies are going to be doing from here on out?

However, we've only had one DLC... And as far as "lies" go, most of that is just speculation as to what "should have been" in the game.

 

It could very well have been the fact that they had a deadline. So far, the only (only=1) DLC we have seen so far was free. How can you assume everything else will be paid?

 

Business sense tells you that you have a deadline, fanbase is bitching because its not out yet... You do what you have to in order to make the release date.

 

How can you assume that they intentionally duped us. They could very well plan to implement all features with future updates that they just couldn't fit into the schedule.

 

And honestly, if they charge a couple bucks for SOME of these updates, I wouldn't be opposed.

 

Not that it matters, most of the children on here will always find something to complain about. You guys bitch because something IS included in a game, but pretty much pointless... Then the sequel comes out and it's not, so you bitch about that.

I expected a complete game with hundreds of customisation options for cars, clothes and character features. Also, a huge and diverse map, booming with life as well as a long, well thought out story line. None of these things lived up to the expectation which they set themselves. Online is a bore fest.

 

Casino for one example, why not have it open for use? It would have made the ultimate heist for players!

We got a free DLC...

 

Vice city managed to be a great game without DLC and it had a pretty small map. They were creative with the story and details. They just want to make a life sim. Nobody cares how long you have been 'a gamer', it doesn't mean your opinion is better than anyone else. GTA games were great because the story lines, and the story in this is far too short. Does the multiplayer make up for that? No.
