Classic Mode

I think they should put in a Classic free roam mode, either based off of Red Dead Redemption or GTA IV with improvements.

 

The money aspect of GTA Online seemed nice at first, but it's just a grind at this point. I want to jump of buildings and enjoy the ragdoll effect? Can't, I'll lose cash. f*ck around in vehicles? Can't because either I or my friend end up paying 10,000 dollars for f*cking car insurance. A gunfight with friends would cost you money too, then drain you of ammo, which costs even more money. A Cassic freerom mode would give you the map as it is in Single player, vehicles and all, and let you have unrestricted fun.

Yep. There should be options like in GTA IV where you can turn those sort of things on and off.

Doesn't dying cost even less now? I think my last death cost $300 for "healthcare and bail."

 

I did think insurance was pricey, and it kept me from driving my expensive cars, until I made a lot of money.

 

Unfortunately it's hard to make a lot of money now.

They cut down mission payouts to something like 75% and removed the ability to replay them, so yeah, making money is tough now. I glitched to get what I have, unfortunately, because I wanted to f*ck around without worrying about money. At this point, i''m convinced they just want people to buy cash cards.

I have enough money to f*ck around with and that payout nerfing still affects me since money spent can't be replenished easily. I don't want a negative net income.

 

As far as getting rid of the money... I don't like the idea. I forsee endless tank battles and a general bloodbath. That's fun and all but I just feel like there is potential for much more.

 

But honestly without substantial new content they might as well turn it into gta iv until it dies. I'm not complaining, it's easily been the most enjoyable game I've played in a long time but even with an active imagination you simply run out of things to do.
