THERE ARE NONE. STFU WITH I HAVE A RARE SO AND SO POSTS. MILLIONS OF THESE SO CALLED RARE CARS SPAWN OVER MILLIONS OF ONLINE SESSIONS ON MILLIONS OF CONSOLES WORLD WIDE IN A DESIGNATED SPOT OR AREA. NO CAR IS RARE IN A VIDEO GAME WHERE THERE IS A UNLIMITED NUMBER OF THEM THAT JUST KEEP SPAWNING. THE ONLY SEMI RARE CAR IS THE ASEA SINCE IT DON"T SPAWN BUT YOU CAN GET IT FROM THE FIRST RACE GUARANTEED THEREFORE ITS NOT EVEN RARE.

Different cars have different spawning probably density. By that I mean some cars are more likely to spawn than others. Those others are called rare cars.

 

This concept should have been made apparent in high school.

It might feel like that to you, but if you know where to look and have a little patience you will find your "rare" car everytime. It's most likely not going to spawn the first 5 minutes your looking for it.
