Best rare vehicles?

I have a friend who can get me any car that I can drive into my garage. Can anyone suggest any rares that I should get?

The rare cars are pretty much just novelty value ... I guess some people will suggest a fully modded Sultan or Tailgater or maybe Schafter? Ruiner maybe? ... not any of those are super rare or even best-in-class but good and different to the normal stuff.

How not...i have the internet...i could tell you where every "rare" car spawns...i'm not mad i just think it's funny that people have all these dumb ass cars because they think that they are "rare". Aight look here. Rare cars are cars that you don't see many people owning. They may spawn everywhere as you say. But does everyone own them? No. Only a few.
