What is the difference between the Phoenix and Phoenix 2?

 

And where would I find one again?

The Phoenix 2 doesn't have the windows or the rear wing. See above pictures for reference. It can only be obtained by duping it from someone who made it in a Save Editor or was given it by a modder. Unless there's a parts glitch.

There's a parts glitch. Anyone can do it still, super easyexplain.

Just take any Phoenix to LSC. Goto spoiler section and buy any one then quickly flip back and forth between the spoilers and eventually it will disappear. When it does buy the option you stopped on and back out.

 

 

FYI this also works on Elegy, infernus and Futo

there is no such thing as a phoenix2, the glass roof can be purchased in LSC and the spoiler can be removed via a glitch the 'II' refers to the version of the topic as there has already been onethere is a second body style of Phoenix with no spoiler and no side windows

If you do the glitch you have no spoiler but still have the side windows

If you have the alternate bodystyle your side windows never go up

So that being there are 2 different versions of the Phoenix and it has nothing to do with having a spoiler or not

It has to do with the windows being present or not being there

Still my favorite car in the entire game.
1st character: migrated from ps3 with custom colored stock rims (from back when we were still "allowed" to do that) based on a '77-'78 Trans Am... although the screaming chicken decal is the '79-'81 type.

2nd character: based on a '77-'78 Firebird Esprit (with some optional stuff)

I've changed the 2nd one's look a bunch of times, but I don't think I'll ever mess with the first one... it's perfect.
I only wish I had the foresight to put custom color stock wheels on the 2nd one before they patched that out... if I had, I would've modelled it after a "SkyBird" Espirt, like this:

 

female character... seemed fitting.

I actually did have it set-up that way very early on when GTAO came out, but I didn't stick with it.
