So a month later i've logged on just now...bawsaq still doesnt work online...can we do heists yet? what in the f*ck did i pay for?

 

serious though, is there a certain level i need to reach in order to use the bawsaq...i wanna make money

No, it just isn't implemented yet. Also, heists aren't out and almost all payouts have been nerfed in your absence.
