Red arrows

I saw a video on youtube about two concrete pillars with red arrows above them, the first one near the prison points towards the alien monument then theres another pointing east/ north,which is where the video ends. So i went searching for ages in that direction for another pillar with a red arrow but then in plain site was two cylinder shaped buildens, they both have alien drawings on near the lost mc caravan park,north up the road. They dont have the same sign with a red arrow pointing but on the left buildens door theres a red arrow in graffiti pointing towards mt chiliad. i gathered it will just lead me to the graph on top under the telescopes but has any one found something else ?the 3rd arrows just graffiti randomly put there? Or it might lead to something... I have searched youtube for more but theres nothing on the subject.
