Nope, the roof and mirrors never change colour when sprayed, there isn't even a secondary paint option.

Speaking of, I noticed after I got the regular rare Sentinel, the XS version were seen quite a lot than normal around at the parking lots when riding the rare Sentinel none XS. Mostly where the Obey Tailgater is located.

 

Why do people kill their mechanic?

For me, only when their incompetence comes into play. Sometimes they never deliver despite an empty streets. Sometimes continued driving for a joy ride. Sometimes want to pick a fight when, rarely, for no reason.

 

After scratching the car at a wall, dude said "Scratch was already there, right?"

 

I stabbed him to death and asked "Wound was already there, right?".

Actually, the non XS has few features that the XS doesn't have.

 

It's location is the place where you find the XS and Obey Tailgater.

 

I found it by chance when I was searching for the Obey again.
