quick question regarding garages

If my friend owns the same garage as me can I "buzz" into his garage? if so, how? when I go to the buzzer i just end up in my own garage.

Huh. You can buzz into garages? I guess there'd be the same issue if you both had the same apt. What happens if he drives in with you as a passenger?

They have to be in their garage and when they are a blue marker will appear next to the buzzer and should give you the option of your garage/apartment or your friends.

If you just want to get into his garage, have him sent you an invite when he's inside his apartment. Doesn't matter where you are on the map, you'll just appear inside.

 

If your actually just asking specifically about being able to buzz at his door...i don't know how that works\if it works...doubt it...good question.

Think people kind of answered it.

 

There is a blue circle for garage and one for apartment. If you share the same building as a friend you will get the option to buzz in (if they are in the garage/apartment) or enter your own garage/apartment. But can't buzz into garage if they are in apartment or vice versa ... only garage-garage or apartment-apartment.

 

The other way (as suggested) is invite via the Pause menu.
