iFight
I've posted before a thread in the wrong place. Lately there are some sick people posting xxx .gifs and pics in gta online section, whenever there aren't any mods online. This is really bad, so here's my suggestion. -Remove img tag for new registered users, when they reach 20 to 50 posts they can upload it. -Same here, don't allow new registered users to upload gifs and pics on their avatar and signature, when they reach 20 to 50 posts or whatever you like. Not sure if it's scriptable, if possible this is a much better way to avoid it.
Polish_Trucker
Could do, but the report button was created for a reason, plus if I do happen to come across a weird image, I'd just report it and move on. WildBrick142

True The report form should only be used for: · Reporting objectionable content, especially pornography or piracy But still I'm getting tired of these idiots posting when there aren't any mods. That's why i think my suggestion is good but if you don't want it then I'll try my best not to click on of these patethic threads. I have a little brother sometimes near me and I'm checking the forums sometimes.
GunWrath
It's hard to watch every little post made on a forum of this magnitude. If this was a paid employment, then I'm sure moderators and staff would be on hand more but we all have lives as much as you and enjoy posting and joining in discussions much like you but we aren't robots. We need our rest, our food and our enjoyment of living life, not to mention work and family. I don't think this is something that admins are going to do as it's not appropriate to do so, not every newly registered member is classed as a threat and they should be able to post images or join along any discussion as veteran members do. For now, the report feature is your only way to combat porn spam as well as any other offensive images. These forums as well as many other communities go through these phases with new releases, etc. Eventually, it dies down.. but this is also the internet, the place where people don't have to act their age or follow the law, because simply, there are no repercussions. A ban sure, but they'll be back. Just report and we'll take care of it as quick as possible. Thanks for the suggestion. Matty
iFight
Yeah I understand that, I would like to report but I can't do that on these kind of threads/post, posting disgusting pics/gifs. Thanks for the reply.
senormidget
It's getting pretty ridiculous at the moment, most of time (and right now) I browse these forums at work so I have to be really careful. I don't think a restriction on using tags for newly registered would be over the top, posting images isn't mega important. Maybe just a day or two? If not, I'll continue to report the posts/users but it really would be a lot safer for me. Out of interest have you IP banned any of these users because I'm guessing it's the same guy. I know you can get around IP bans but maybe this guy isn't that smart, he clearly gets a lot of enjoyment out of such an immature act so I'd bet he has a single digit IQ
GroundZero
Well, I happen to be Online most of the times stuff like these is posted, but the only thing I can do -since I am not a Mod- is to report that stuff, like GunWrath suggested. So just keep reporting these f*ckers and move on.
