Haven't found it. It's probably dynamic though and either made up of a short clip(s), or the audio gets modified as it goes. So the actual on-disc audio probably doesn't sound like it does in-game.

Don't know if it's line for line the same dialogue, but it sounds similar to one of Franklin's taxi property missions. He picks up some girl trying to shop her sci-fi movie script around. It's the one where you drop her off at a clothes shop for her meeting

One thing strikes me is in the Epsilon mission Deliver The Truth. You have to Deliver the Truth. In a Cutscene after that you get to hear from Jessie talking about a Treasure map.

Now does an in game Treasure exist? I would assume it to be on the Cell Phone as an app or radar like Treasure device. Anything found of such a thing?

In the Cutscene Jessie says It'll cost you most of all the money you can think of. A lot of other members will probably want to know the same thing. I'm on PS3 though but I'm sure it would be the same with Xbox files. So can anyone figure this out hopefully?

I used a RTM tool to teleport to these locations and the only thing I could find was a black box.

I would but I am on hollidays now and my notes are at home...

If you search in the previous pages you'll find very high coordinates which the members didn't know what they could be. If you go there try to be a little higher than the coord.

 

Next week I am back from hollidays and I'll give you the right coordinates.
