Anyone know of a way to force-spawn Fusilade in single player?

Ah, I have one of the big steel riot vans stored at the strip club parking spots. That thing is great. Took a while searching with a high wanted level before I was finally handed one. Also snagged a police bike from the speed trap near Sandy Shores.

I noticed multiple guides point out that the police don't ride the bike, but I have recently seen it ridden twice. Once I was near Paleto Bay, I assume the speed trap bike was nearby, so when I got 2 stars the cop on the bike was the first one to show up to chase me down.

However, the second time I was simply driving up the highway, north of Sandy Shores, and saw the cop on his police bike simply riding along. I've been playing since launch week but I only saw this recently, so it's possible that the most recent update caused these to happen.

A Riot Van?!?!?!?!?! Single player? Where did you get it?!?

You can only get them when you have 4 or 5 stars, they will show up in roadblocks in place of the Police Transport van. They're big armored grey bullet-proof vans that look similar in shape to the Gruppe Six trucks.

Whhhaaattt??!! I honestly thought this vehicle was only in the Online part of the game. I use the tank and lazer frequently and NEVER see the Riot Van. I only ever see the LSPD Buffalo, the FIB Granger SUV, the Sheriff SUV and sedans, the police transporter van, and that is about it. The police bike for my game is only at it's spawn location, never on the road like some say for their game it is.

Man, I'd get rid of my unmarked cruiser for the Riot Van. Anyway to obtain it besides getting 4 or 5 stars? I reckon it's hard as hell to drive off in after getting outside your vehicle with 5 stars as well. I can escape no problem just by going under ground in the subway tunnel, but to leave my vehicle, get into the Riot Van, and get to that location to evade the police will be pretty difficult. f*ck! Lol

Well I've been playing since the start, and I've literally seen the riot van 3 times. Last night was the most recent, I was driving out of Zancudo in a tank and one of them was parked on a bridge waiting for me. Not even having it saved seems to help it appear more!

Hm....I'll try for it, if I see one, I'll take it. Usually in the process of walking up to the car, you get killed. There is just too many ass munching cops around when you're trying to get something, it always happens. I don't mind the wanted level and getting away from the cops, it's just annoying when I am trying to do something in particular.

I've never seen a Prairie ever. Any idea how to force spawn that thing.

It turned up in Hawick as I was looking for the Fusilade, so that's all I've got. Its headlights are pretty distinctive but it looks generic, so if you want to find it then I suggest looking at videos or pictures of it first so you can spot those headlights.

Unless you're collecting everything, I must say the Prairie isn't really worth looking for. When it comes to the more "normal" cars, the Schwartzer is just amazing. I think the game lists it as Sports, though, but I love how it drives, it has some great customizations, and when you add the roll bars to it the car also gets these sweet steel rivets along the wheel well (is that called the fairing? I forget)

But the Schwartzer can be purchased from one of the car websites, it might not turn up in the game.

Lol, I have the Benefactor Surano, and Feltzer. I DID have the Benefactor Schwartzer, but purposely destroyed it to make room in my impound, or else it kept going back there. I agree. I just looked at the Prairie or whatever on Youtube. It's a "Compacts" type of car. Looks decent, but the customization I saw wasn't very impressive with the stats all around. I think the Schwartzer is a Sedan if I am not mistaken, not a "Sports Car" I could be very wrong though, I forget. I had this car like two or three weeks ago sitting at Trev's strip club before obtaining my emergency/police vehicles to park there. I've got rid of at least 6-7 vehicles and one motorcycle, all which were fully customized. I won't run out of money though. I just wish I could store more!

Yeah, the Schwartzer is a cheap, 80,000 dollar car that you can buy off the online website. I never see them much on the road, though. Only when I used to drive in my own Schwartzer would I see them on the road. Cool car, but I am not really into anything other than Sports, Sport Classics, and Super cars. In fact, right now I am gonna make a thread about super cars, you can reply! Your comments are always welcome.

I have destroyed one or two cars, and I'm going to destroy the Blista most likely (the Issi Weeny is better for tiny cars), but I love collecting them. I have three save files so far, not only have I filled up the garages and safehouses, but three of the saves also have one more vehicle quick-saved by having my character inside it.

Granted, some of my favorite cars are repeated (with different paint jobs, different spoilers, that kind of stuff)... I wish each character could buy a 10-car garage like what people get online, that would be amazing. I know why that's available online, though, since it's only one character instead of three.

Haha, man, I was just watching this video on Youtube and then came here to read about the Blista and the Issi. Supposedly the Blista is the best "Compacts" see here -

Check more of his channel, he does the fastest/best sports classics, sports and super cars, sedans, SUV's, compacts, and Coupes.

I will, thanks.

Actually, if I want to keep the Blista, I can just use the impound lot as an extra garage. I always forget that it's an option and basically accounts for an extra 2-car garage for each character (though getting a second vehicle in there is hit and miss at times).

Really? I know how to get two into the impound when I want. The ONLY vehicles that go to impound, though, is the ones from your garage. NOT your safehouse garage. I figured that one out a couple weeks ago lol. I also use the impound as a two car garage. For Franklin I have a modded Comet and Cognoscenti Cabrio, also modded in the impound. For Michael's impound I have a Sabre Turbo modded and a modded Elegy RH8. For Trevor's impound, I have the Obey 9F fully modded with a Enus Super Diamond, fully modded.

And holy f*ck....I managed to run into several Police Riot vans, AFTER dying numerous times with Trevor at a 4 and 5 star wanted level. There is a serious problem with the Riot Truck for my game. It's almost like the rarest police vehicle in the game for me. Out of all this time playing tonight, I saw three or four Riot trucks, been inside driving ONE, of course the f*ckers from the sky have to keep on shooting it, so I couldn't get it back to the area where I evade the cops by going in the subway tunnels, I was in Sandy Shores! That tunnel I go into is my the f*cking police impound in the city, long ass drive with two choppers f*cking your car up, cars running into me even civilian pieces of sh*t cars, the van was smoking to begin with, AND I was in my tank and "lost" my Lazer so if I did get the Riot Van, I would have needed to steal another Lazer from the military base.

Every other time on a 4 star wanted level for f*cking 20-30 minutes, I didn't even run into a single Riot Van. Wtf is wrong with this game?!

I finally figured out the foolproof method for adding the two vehicles, and also I believe it works on any car. I was able to stick a car into impound that I hadn't ever saved in any garage, it has been my quick-save vehicle for Michael, I needed to stash it while moving a car from him to Trevor (making room for the Elegy).

I found that the #1 key for getting your car impounded is to get out of it, get into your character's "personal vehicle," and then drive away. I had tried driving away in cars from my garage over and over, but my modded Schwartzer (the quick save car) would never get impounded. Finally I specifically jumped into Michael's Tailgater and drove off, which did it right away.

I did the same thing with Trevor to store the Blista and my modded PCJ in the impound -- I pulled the Blista out of my 4-car garage, got out, got into Trevor's truck (to mark that as my "previous vehicle" since that vehicle will be by the curb when you drive out of the garage), then went back into the garage. When I came out with the PCJ, my truck was still there and the Blista was impounded. So then I did the same thing: Got off the PCJ, into Trevor's truck, then got out and walked into the garage.

I came out of the garage with nothing and the PCJ was impounded, the truck was of course still on the curb. So many little tricks to make this game do what you want.

Oh and I finally started taking photos since I'm on the social club now. This one is called Monkey Business (pun intended): http://rsg.ms/1bC2psx

Quick question, is there a way to delete my photos? The first picture I took was a test.

I actually don't know how to delete photos. I RARELY take any photos.

I think there is a thread in the GAMEPLAY area of how to delete photos, maybe there will help you.

Thanks for the impound garage trick, I didn't know that! Cool to know as I kept having to take vehicles to my garage for it to be impounded, was getting annoying. I like how we use it as a two car garage haha

Alright I will probably just forget about it then as its probably too much work to get one anyways. I actually got lucky and found a Schwartzer one day right after I had turned the game on and I now have a fully modded one in Michael's 4 car garage and a stock one in his house garage so I see them all the time now. It is a great car and one of my favorites. I'm really a fan of the cars that get race modifications like the Schwartzer, Sentinel XS, Zion XS, Sultan, Coquette. Also I believe the Schwartzer is sports, though it might be a coupe. The Shafter is the 4 door version and it's a sedan I'm pretty sure.

Another car I'm always looking for and can never find is the Stanier. Also how do you guys get Sabre Turbos? Guess I do need to check out youtube.

The Sabre Turbo turns up on the last strangers & freaks mission that Trevor does for the minute men, the border patrol. The car will be parked right outside the tattoo shop in Paleto Bay right after you talk to someone and receive that last mission.

FYI, those missions are really easy and go by quickly. That last one took me about 30 seconds to accomplish and I did so actually USING the Sabre Turbo.

This shows you where to go to start those missions, and it's a full walkthrough if you want:

I don't think the Sabre is likely to turn up until those missions are done anyway.

Yeah they are unbelievably rare. You think you would see them more at that many stars as they would be throwing everything they have at you. You can use the train tunnel to escape the police up there in Sandy Shores though. Works every time just like the subway tunnels. You just have to drive the Enforcer in and park in right up against the wall and the train should miss it. I've had a Gruppe Six truck in there and the train will miss it so the Enforcer should work ok as well. The only issue with it is you might not be able to drive straight down the tracks like you do with regular cars. There is a hill you can drive up on the dirt road closest to the tunnel entrance near the Lost trailer park. You just have to go under the railway bridge and take a right up the hill. Probably best to scout it out though before you try to get another Enforcer.

I obtained the Enforcer already, check my other thread! = )

I did it pretty dumb and managed to get it. I drove it down the highway FROM SANDY SHORES alllll the way to the subway tunnel (the only one I know and been using to evade the police, near the impound garage), I even managed to get it stuck in the f*cking subway tunnel metal beams they have holding the bridge up, lol, it took 5 mins just trying to move it out of the beams area, lol, finally got this bad boy, love it! Today I will go on a cop killing spree with it and see how long I last, when I die, I will just turn off my system and not save anything.

So I got rid of my Enus Super Diamond and bought a Dewbauchee Exemplar. It's really nice, but I want the Dewbauchee Rapid GT more. I know I basically wasted $205,000 dollars on the Exemplar, oh well, that is why I have a billion dollars, it won't run out.

Does anybody know an actual spawn location for this? Like there is for the Truffade Adder and Dinka Akuma motorcycle at the airport?

The Rapid GT will sometimes spawn in the entire Rockford Hills / Burton / Hawick area, but since there are so many sports cars and high-end autos, it's hit and miss.

Yeah, this is what I've noticed. It sure is hit or miss. I rarely see the Carbonizzare either, but luckily I found one with Franklin a few weeks back, was damn hard, feels almost like how I feel right now finding the Rapid GT. But dude, what is better? The Exemplar or the Rapid GT? I bought the Exemplar today, and it's basically a look a like as the Rapid GT but a little longer in size, the front end is a tad different too, and it can't be a convertible, but after customization it's pretty damn good, I've seen customization of the Rapid GT on Youtube and it shows that the Top Speed is a hair better than the Exemplar, but that is because it's in the Sports car classification, and the Exemplar is in the Coupes, like the Ocelot F620 (Mazirati) and like the Cognoscenti Cabrio (Bentley) - All three of these I have are Coupes, and the rest I have are Sports Cars, Sports Classics, and Super Cars.

So, Rapid GT or Exemplar? (Astin Martin)

Oh yeah, the ups and downs of car collecting. I had a save with the bulldozer in Michael's garage, was pretty sure only a motorcycle would fit next to it. However, I went ahead and parked a car next to it, Michael transported out instead of opening one of the doors, and then of course I couldn't re-open the door to get back in.

I was pretty sure I'd be able to get in the bulldozer if this happened, but NOPE. Both were completely stuck and I was slapping my forehead.

I had to get Michael's personal car and BASH the hell out of the other car, pushing it backward in the garage and trying to get it at an angle until I could finally get inside. A few minutes of ramming it as fast as I could, and I was able to get it into a position to finally barely enter the door.

Actually, just yesterday I got my quick-save car, the Schwartzer, stuck on a tiny concrete wall and jammed against another while trying to drive off the baseball field when I picked up the baseball bat weapon. I had to spawn a Comet and knock it free, because of course it was early enough in the morning that NO cars were passing by! Literally none.

The GT and Exemplar are indeed pretty much the same car other than the number of doors, but the GT seems to have just a little more speed and maneuverability.

Another of the sedans is pretty close to a 4-door version of the Sentinel... I forget which one, though.

I definitely prefer the GT, it's a good little car. I'm actually trying to get a convertible version right now, it's the last car I need for my collection. I'm driving around with a GT but I think if I want the convertible to spawn I should use a different sports car after driving the GT. Just have to finesse the car-spawning a little, also it doesn't help to look for convertibles at night.

I found a Carbonizzare randomly when I was moving Trevor to the beach condo while playing the main game and I have held onto it ever since! It's one of my favorites.

Ohhh mannn!!!! LOLOL, that is so funny. I was also yelling at the TV when the Riot Truck was stuck between two beams and the wall, ALSO with the subway stropped right behind me. No joke, like 5-10 mins trying to get it free, WITH 5 stars on me still, that is in fact how I quick saved it, I was like f*ck f*ck f*ck f*ck f*ck f*ck, I got it THIS FAR!!! I got to keep this!!!! Lol

Haha, you know how I showed you Compact Classification cars of that guy doing races? Well I saw him do Coupes and the Exemplar was the best and got a 1:03 lap time. I watched the Sports clasification then after, and the GT came in 7th place out of 10 sports cars and managed to get a 1:04 lap time, so the Exemplar for those calculations shows it being the better car, I'll prob just keep it and stop looking for the GT, it'll show up when it decides to show up, ya know? It's not as rare as the Ocelot F620 that's for sure, and I have that one finally. I thought I was gonna have to do the Epsilon Missions to get it, but I found it on the road, the day I woke up telling myself I was gonna get it by doing the Epsilon Missions, I just found it on the road. Now that I have one, I always see it, it's so annoying how that works! I get into my Exemplar, and see tons of those, but no GT's. And the funny thing is, I also never was in an Exemplar until I bought one. Btw, got into a Vigero last night for the first time, too. I told you above in this conversation that I never seen that car, I finally did, after I reloaded the game after saving the Riot Van at the strip club.

I think I saw one Vigero way back in the beginning, but then never again -- But see I'm impatient. I want my collection now. If I can buy the car, I will, although my favorite way to find them is when they're in missions (I love how you can force-spawn cars by replaying missions, it's one of my favorite features of the game).

I passed up the Vacca to get that Merryweather version of the Canis Mesa, and then amazingly a few missions later there was another Vacca (not Epsilon, it was a normal mission). It's not really very expensive to buy, but I do prefer to find them if I can.

However, if a car is available via cheat code, I will get it that way too. I'm kind of glad the GT has a convertible variant, because the cheat code only gives you the normal one, which I already have saved. I spawned my Comets this way too, but actually the first code I memorized was the one for the Buzzard. I'll never bother buying or stealing that chopper because it's so much more convenient to simply put in the code when and where I need it, and I use that code every day.

Like when I found the riot van, I got inside and immediately turned off the cops with the "wanted level down" code, then I probably repaired it with the health code. When I steal Lazers, I use the health code to make sure they get back to my hangar safely.

I don't cheat for missions, but for the rest it's fair game to me. The first time I stole a Lazer and a Rhino, I did it without cheats, so I feel like I earned my way and now if I need a Lazer I will put on invincibility to make it more convenient (though I have stocked my fighter jet supply, so no more of those needed).

Haha, using cheat codes is a pet peve to me. I 100% the games, all GTA games withOUT codes. Like classic games, if you used cheats it wouldn't even reach 100%, only 99.8%. GTA V reaches 100% using cheat codes, but I follow suit like past games and refuse to use them.

Every vehicle I have is bought or stolen, none were used with cheat codes - It takes the fun out of any game imo. I don't glitch either.

I do know there is a Rapid GT cheat code, and I actually prefer the hard top model, so the cheat is waiting for me, but no way will I use it. Plus I think the Exemplar is better now that I slept on it and thought about it.

Racing in a straight line is not really "racing" to me, imo, like that one guy does in Youtube videos for all the classes of cars, is the way it's done! You gotta go on a race track and test the cars, straight line tests are not accurate at all because traction and braking are not even looked upon, when in reality races all depend on traction!

Exemplar will always beat the Rapid GT in a real race, but in a straight line, sure, the Rapid GT wins because the top speed is a hair higher than the Exemplar. But both the Exemplar and Rapid GT's acceleration is maxed, the breaking is similar, but the traction of the Exemplar is even better than the Rapid GT.

You do know the Buzzard always spawns at the NOOSE Headquarters? No cheat codes used, no wanted stars attained, you just go there, climb up the latters to the top of the building and the Buzzard awaits you for free.

I always read up and check Youtube man before doing anything, lol

Also the Lazer is mad easy to get following a Youtube video, took me all of 30 seconds each time with all three guys to get this, lol...I got into the air and gone with no shots fired at me, or the jet, not even rockets were ever fired at me when I was in the restricted air space. I always follow guides man, that is the closest thing to "cheating" I would do, never typing in codes, f*ck that. HUGE pet peve for me. If I was a game save downloader and someone had a game save for 100% but using cheat codes, I would NEVER take it in a million years, f*ck that haha

Found it... My car collection is complete!

oAhYBuN.jpg

Damn, man....That car just looks waaaaaaayyyyyyyy to alike of the Exemplar, I'd prob just drive right past the GT if I spotted it in the future thinking it was an Exemplar. But think about it? Which is harder to find on the street? I've seen numerous GT's in the past, almost on a daily basis, but now when I look for it, can't find it. But then I think about it, when did I see an Exemplar on the road? NOT A SINGLE TIME! So imo, the Exemplar is more rare - keeping it, won't bother with the Rapid GT. I mean it's still possible I will change my mind, but I am happy with the Exemplar, I got the three best Coupes. Ocelot F620 (Mazirati), Dewbauchee Exemplar (Astin Martin), and Cognoscenti Cabrio (Bentley)

The rest of my car collections consist only of Sports Cars, Sports Classics Cars, and Super Cars and then those three Coupes and one Muscle Car (Sabre Turbo in impound)
