Testing Content Creator .

Hi .

i posted a thread have some info about Content Creator .

today while i was trying to get online with GTA Online Disc Version ( Have Hidden Files Like Content Creator and Heists )

The Creator option was in Multiplayer Pause Menu , but i can't access it .

it locked , but i did some glitch ( quiting and opening pause menu again and click on Creator , and must be fast )

so the glitch works !

now this version has been changed in 1.06 ( i can't view Creator Files because they encrypted but the size of the file changed , so it have new stuff maybe? )

and the version of this Content Creator is the same Rockstar used in their GamePlay Video about GTA Online .

i can access Content Creator in SP .. and you can test it with your Online Character or SP Characters ( Trevor , Michael , Franklin )

but maybe in the future they will change it for only testing in Online character .

GTA Online Disc Version have one heist mission .

but i can't play it because everytime i try to connect to online , it says Time Out

no .. it has Test option but if i click it , it switch me to Online

and i can't access online , because i have different files

and it will make me in loading screen for GTA Online for hour or 2 hours then says Time out -_-

don't worry

i will make many videos about Race Creator and the same for Deathmatch and upload them ..

and they didn't add Mission Creator even with changes in 1.06

We don't have heists yet, and we don't have content creator yet.

Me too. I'm not sure it would be that difficult to program. Simpyl give us some options in a sort of selection wizard such as

 

- Vehicle retrieval

- Assassination

- Robbery

- Drug Bust

 

And then let us (with a view of the map and a orbit camera) choose where the mission should be/how many guys/which character types.

 

To be honest, I couldn't really think of anything less interesting that Deathmatch creation

That's intended to come later, they wanted Race and DM for release and add more later on.

 

"We want to give players the opportunity to create anything that we can create within the team and for it to be as easy as sending a text message," said The Benz.

"I think we've managed that with the editors. Now anyone can have their own races or deathmatches spread amongst the world of Grand Theft Auto Online players within minutes.

"The race and deathmatch creators are the simplest and will be available first.

We'll then release more variations to allow any type of mission to be made."

The Benz adds that players will need to get to grips with GTA Online before content creation is made available.

"We want people to understand the game before they go off and create," explained The Benz. "You only have to be a few ranks to be able to start, so you should be there within an hour of play."

Race creation is pretty simple, says The Benz, allowing the player to "select the vehicle type, the race type — Normal race, GTA Race, or a new mode that is great fun called Rally. You choose the weather, the radio station, whether police can interfere, and then whether you want ambient cars. After that, you place the checkpoints, test the race, and publish it".

Deathmatch games offer more options for creators, allowing players to "set the type, default kills, as well as the time. You then place the spawn points, weapons, and any extra props and vehicles you'll want on the map".

In addition to user created content, Rockstar promises it will continue to release missions developed in-house.

"There will be a continuous flow of content and we'll be creating new missions faster than people can play them," says The Benz.

The ultimate goal, however, is to see the gamers creating content "as complex as the ones found in our single-player games"

But the tools for the Creator won't be available at the start?

Initially, you'll be able to create races and deathmatches, which are probably the simplest. And then, over time, when we feel comfortable that people are ready to get the new creators, they will be released.

So it'll be a trickle, but it'll be a constant release of new creators and new content. We don't want to overdo it. It's a complex system.

They can't release Missions Creator , Some Text file have something about Mission Type .

You will have 5 Types .

First Standard Mission

Second Heist Mission

and 3 + 4 + 5 are unknown .

Can't or Can't yet? It'll come. Its gonna get real crazy once we can make our own. A little taste of Farcry in my GTA. I DIG IT!

 

Unfortunately for me I'll now be playing this game until the end of time... so much for xbox one lol.

Great topic. If the mods just delete everything but this thread it will clean up nicely.

 

I wonder why you cannot access Mission Editor. There are files suggesting it's there. I hope you find more cool stuff, and hope this releases soon.

like i said , the files are encrypted .

i can't edit it to make changes like adding Mission Creator .

if i can decrypt the files , i can use the new version of Creator + Playing Online with no Time out Error + Playing Heists .
