Mule have sticky roof and sticky box and can be grappled by a cargobob and you can put some cars and bikes in the box or a lot of players and they can shoot with heavy weapons and the driver won't get any stars because the players on and in the box aren't considered as in the vehicle by the police.

Any of the tractor-trailers, but only the trailer part, not the cab. Makes for great fun because the guy driving doesn't get the stars of the guy on the trailer.

I've got a Dune Loader and a mate online managed to stand in the back and on the roof as I drove along. A bit glitchy now and then but he stayed on there.
