Carcer City license plates

In GTA wikia found this:

"There are several cars that are from Carcer City. By the registration number seen on registration plates, it sometimes says Carcer instead of Los Santos, San Fierro or Las Venturas."

So where/how I can find/get a car with Carcer license plates? Or this just another myth/lie?

Carcer City is NOT a GTA location.
It is from the "Manhunt" game.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas References to Carcer City:

  • A box of Morrice Ammunition.
  • A box of Brian's Nails.
  • In Ammu-Nation stores, ammunition used by James Earl Cash in Manhunt (like Morrice Ammunition and Brian's Nails) can be seen for sale.
  • A radio advertisement for Carcer City makes references to steel mills being closed and "dining in the glow of the Flaming River". Many steel mills in the Midwest closed during the early '90s, including those in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Cleveland, Ohio, and Detroit, MI. The "Flaming River" is a clear reference to the "Burning River", a period in the 1970s where the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland, Ohio was so polluted that it caught fire.
  • There are blue propane tanks with "Carcer Gas!" printed on them.
  • A woman calls into the "Wild Traveler" show on West Coast Talk Radio, mentioning that she is from Carcer City.
  • When bumped into, some pedestrians say "Hey! This isn't Carcer City, okay?"
  • On the shores of Palomino Creek, north of Los Santos, there are several large, wooden, spool-shaped objects with the almost-indistinguishable words "Jartnuk Cable Company" and "Carcer" on them.
  • In Zero RC, there are action figures of the Manhunt characters James Earl Cash and Piggsy.
  • After witnessing Carl Johnson kill somebody, some pedestrians may say "I'm moving to Carcer City".
  • In the first cutscene at the airport, the arrivals board shows one flight incoming from Carcer City.

There were a few detailers looking at license plates in the San Andreas game. None of them mentioned any such. That would have been a great find for them.

LOL, You didn't get it! :D Also I known everything on this list!

I'm talking about how to find Carcer City license plates. But theres are a problem: If you see Huntley in LS, then license plate be like "Los Santos AAAA 123" and will be same on all Huntleys, even in SF and vice versa (in mission Home Invasion, Boxville had custom plates and after that mission, all Boxvilles had same custom plates). But this is temporally - after reseting game, will be generated new plates.

Question is that, how to trigger generator to spawn cars with Carcer plates? But still, there are possible to find cars with SF plates in LS or vice versa, even without being in one of those cities...

Sorry for gramatik and spyling.
